Certainly you have heard the expression, “Don’t get your tinsel in a tangle.” Well that can be true of lighting, too. No, this strand of electric lights were not being untangled to be installed in the house as a part of the decorating; but the living room parlor was so dark, that Tom went out to his truck and found a strand of lights that he and his wife, Sarah, were taking for recycling. He brought them inside in a effort to give us the light we needed to work by. We were fortunate that Tom and Sarah worked at the Collins House prior to going to the recycling center, as the living room parlor would have been so dark until Terry finished installing his lighting, we may have never been able to complete the decorating.
