Extra! Extra! Read All . . . Part 3
. . . about it!
Here are close-ups of the small tree in living room parlor filled with candles, dried apple slices, pine cones, and garlands of cranberries and popcorn and a tiny basket.
Notice the dried hydrangeas, too.
The kitchen aglow from the December afternoon sun, features a mid-century aluminum tree with mercury glass ornaments hanging from its branches. A few antique toys are tucked under the tree while clippings of fresh boxwood fill the antique dough bowl on the table.
Our snowman pilot made a soft landing in his prop plane.
What child would not have been excited to find this locomotive under the tree on Christmas morning? Beautiful detail.
Even the critters love hangin' on this tree.
This little fellow is a beautiful example of a mouth-blown glass ornament that was hand-painted - from yesteryear.
There's nothing like fresh greens from the garden to add warmth to the holidays.
