As you know, the Collinsville Garden Club just had their much looked forward to Annual Plant Sale at the D.D. Collins House this past Saturday, April 26th.

Here are some photos taken during the event, highlighted not only by all who participated and purchased plants, but also with a special presentation by Mary Sue Schusky in celebration of Arbor Day and our own graphted Johnny Appleseed apple tree planted in our side yard.

Enjoy ....

The Collinsville Garden Club is all set up with tents and tables and ready to go for their annual plant sale. Their enthusiasm and hard work around the D.D. Collins House is greatly appreciated all year long!

The plants are so healthy and such a variety to choose from makes it hard to decide which ones to take home. The sale was a huge success, and they sold out in record time!

A very special Thank You to Tree City USA Arbor Day Foundation organizers and the Illinois Natural Resources Forestry Department for providing the tree seedlings that were given at the event.
